The Brief
Noran supports the organizational development of value-based, human-centric companies. Their coaching and tools blend heart and mind, a balance they want reflected in their visual identity.
The strategic focus for Noran's brand identity was to highlight the people behind the brand, emphasizing the founder's collaborative and partnership-driven approach.

The Concept
Together with graphic designer Tina Bloetjes, we infused emotion into complex topics, creating a brand foundation that makes hard-to-understand concepts approachable. Gradients, geometric shapes, and a round font within a minimalistic brand identity created a fresh yet neutral feel suitable for Noran’s diverse topics.
Our designs seamlessly translated into their corporate appearance, including corporate stationery, ensuring a cohesive and professional representation of their brand across all touchpoints.
